Stock Items
Items ordered before 12.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 2 business days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal.

Orders taken on Friday (after 12.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The Hospitality Store, like many online companies, experience busy trading periods. It is at these times that you may experience a delay of a day or two before receiving your order. We can assure you though that every possible effort is made to process and ship your order on time.

We endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions delivery delays are caused. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt the Hospitality Store will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

Special Orders and Non Stock Goods
Hospitality Store reserves the right to ask for full payment at the time of acceptance of an order which is a non stock item or requires to be manufactured to individual requirements. Customers will be notified if an order or any part of an order is to be classed as a special order. No refund will be offered for any goods ordered in this category unless the goods have not been supplied within a 30 day period after the due date. Damaged goods in this category will be replaced with like for like stock only.

If an item is out of stock then we will try notifying you, and informing you of the lead time until the item can be despatched to you. We will also inform you of a similar alternative item that may be suitable and in stock. If you are not happy with what is offered then we will be happy to refund you the cost of the item if part of an order or the full amount should you wish to cancel the complete order.

We will advise leadtimes on products that are built to order or non stock items.
