How do I request a quotation?
You can select products using Add to Quote or contact us to discuss your requirements. For buffet systems and bespoke projects, use the enquiry form on the relevant range page.
How do I select products for a quote?
Open a product page, choose any available size, finish or model, set the quantity and click Add to Quote. Repeat for each product you want included.
Click the floating quote basket to review your selections and quantities, then complete your contact details and submit your request.
If you need optional accessories, mention them in your request so we can confirm they are included in the quotation.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
Yes. Tell us about your venue, available space and service requirements. We can help you explore suitable equipment, layouts, finishes and options.
Can I buy products online?
Selected products can be purchased using Add to Cart. Other products are available by quotation or project enquiry. The product page shows the available route.
Do prices include VAT?
Displayed product prices exclude VAT. Your quotation or checkout will show the applicable VAT.
Are accessories included in the price?
Unless stated otherwise, optional accessories are priced separately. Please include any accessories you require in your enquiry so we can confirm the complete specification and price.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery depends on the equipment, quantity and destination. Contact us with your delivery postcode and requirements so we can confirm the arrangements and cost.
How long will my order take?
Lead times vary by product and configuration. We will confirm availability and the expected lead time when discussing your order.
Can buffet systems be tailored to my venue?
Many ranges offer choices of modules, finishes and accessories. We can discuss your layout and service needs, then confirm the options available for your chosen system.
