These terms govern the use of our website and purchases from us. Any variations or additional project terms must be expressly agreed in writing.

2. Business customers

We supply exclusively to customers purchasing for purposes relating to their business, trade or profession.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and have authority to enter into the contract on behalf of the purchasing organisation.

If you wish to purchase for personal or household use, please contact us before ordering. We do not accept consumer orders through this website. This statement does not remove rights that apply by law if a transaction is, in fact, a consumer purchase.

3. Quotations and order acceptance

Website listings and quotations invite you to place an order. An enquiry, quote request or addition to a quote basket does not constitute an order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance in writing. An automated acknowledgement of receipt or payment does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

Our acceptance will identify the goods, agreed specification, price and applicable payment and delivery arrangements. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for that order.

Any departure from these terms, including terms appearing on a customer purchase order, must be expressly accepted by us in writing.

4. Product specifications

All products are made to order. Please check the agreed model, quantities, dimensions, finishes, colours, accessories and technical requirements carefully before confirming your order.

You must tell us about any particular purpose, site constraint or compatibility requirement on which you need our advice before ordering.

Website photographs may show optional equipment or example configurations. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Where a precise finish or colour is important, please request available samples or written clarification before ordering.

We will supply goods that conform to the agreed specification. Material changes to an accepted specification require written agreement. Updates to website listings do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Installation, commissioning and associated services are included only where expressly stated in the agreed order.

5. Prices and payment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.

Delivery, installation and optional accessories are included only where expressly stated. Applicable charges will be identified before your order is accepted.

Payment is due in accordance with the accepted order or quotation. Any deposit, staged payment or credit arrangement must be agreed in writing.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend production or delivery after notifying you, and we may charge statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Resulting changes to the production or delivery schedule will be communicated.

If we identify a pricing or specification error before accepting your order, we will explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

6. Production and delivery

Made-to-order production and delivery times depend on the selected product and specification. Times stated are estimates unless we expressly agree a binding date in writing.

Please notify us before ordering if a particular date is essential to your project.

We will communicate material delays and discuss the available arrangements. Estimated dates do not remove any rights or remedies arising from our failure to fulfil the contract.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and disclosing access restrictions, unloading requirements and site conditions before delivery is arranged.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery does not include positioning inside the premises, unpacking, assembly, installation or removal of packaging or existing equipment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the agreed destination. Ownership passes once we have received full payment for the goods.

Reasonable additional costs caused by inaccurate delivery information, inadequate access or failure to receive an agreed delivery may be charged to you. We will explain these costs.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out how returns, cancellations, amendments and refunds work and forms part of these terms.

In summary: all products are made to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, and an accepted order may be cancelled or amended only with our written agreement. Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported promptly, as described in the Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Product use and warranties

Goods must be installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the supplied instructions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow those instructions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

Any manufacturer’s warranty is additional to, and does not replace, applicable obligations owed by us.

9. Events outside our reasonable control

If an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays performance, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.

Where performance is materially affected, we will discuss revised arrangements and any applicable cancellation or refund rights. This provision does not excuse obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Subject to the first paragraph above, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid or payable for the goods under that order, excluding VAT.

11. Website use and intellectual property

You may use our website and product information to assess purchases for your business.

Website content, photographs, branding and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit false or unlawful information. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Restricting website access does not, by itself, cancel an accepted order.

12. Privacy

We process personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Shopify

Hospitality Store Ltd is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Hospitality Store Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Hospitality Store Ltd, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Hospitality Store Ltd.

This section is subject to any liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. General

These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and the accepted quotation or order, are the entire agreement between us for the goods and replace any earlier discussions or statements about them. You confirm that you have not relied on any statement that is not set out in those documents. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure or delay by us in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
