Bain-marie heated wells

BM provides a bain-marie heated well. BM-SEP offers separated wells. BM/SC configurations add a heated lower compartment.

Designed as part of the complete line

Different ways to hold and present food

Compare bain-marie, dry heat and countertop formats before choosing the modules.

Replenishment within the service line

Selected configurations place heated storage directly beneath the service area.

Coordinated controls and options

Specify capacities and controls by model, with lighting and glass guards selected for the service method.

Options & finishes

Depending on the model, choose lighting, glass guards, tray slides and compatible plinth or castor options. Heated lower compartments are available on selected configurations. Cooking appliances are separate from the heated holding modules.

Standard laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated steel and laminated wood over-panelling offer different appearances and constructions. We will confirm available finishes and compatibility for your chosen modules.

Complete the service journey

Corner units, cashier stations, plate dispensers, waste-sorting modules and cutlery, tray and bread service can complement the food modules.
