Module types and features

R — Static refrigerated well

Refrigeration through a compressor unit, with digital temperature control. A 260 mm-deep stainless steel well has rounded edges and a drain tap. Catalogue capacities: 2–6 GN 1/1. GN containers are not included.

RV — Fan-assisted refrigerated well

Fans in the well circulate air without an evaporator. A 260 mm-deep stainless steel well has rounded edges, a drain tap and digital temperature control. Capacities: 3–5 GN 1/1. GN containers are not included.

RV-E — Ventilated well with evaporator

Air outlets create a cooling air blade. Removable bottom panels adjust in height for GN containers up to 100 mm high, or can be raised to form a refrigerated countertop. Capacities: 3–5 GN 1/1. A closed display, such as G6, is recommended for best refrigeration performance.

Integral or remote refrigeration

Integral versions include a compressor unit. Remote (/REM) versions are supplied without a cooling unit and must connect to a separately specified refrigeration system. Your installer should confirm cooling capacity and installation conditions before ordering.

The current catalogue lists +2°C to +10°C operating temperatures for these models. Final performance depends on the selected module, display arrangement and installation.
